		<description>This is an excellent image that was at that instant in time at that particular location.  This is an excellent picture.  My best picture?  Wow.  That would take some time to consider that.  Would it be the picture I took of the Statue of Liberty at night from the top of the World Trade Center Tower?  Would it be the close-up of the branch enclosed in half an inch of ice?  Would it be one of my family?  I don&#039;t believe I have one that stands out among so many images. There are a lot that fit in the category less than good, yet have some intrinsic value beyond the quality of the image itself.</description>
